Crowns and Bridges
What Are Crowns and Bridges?
Crowns
Crowns are custom-made restorations designed to cover and protect a damaged, decayed, or weakened tooth. They restore the tooth’s original shape, strength, and appearance. Crowns are also used to enhance the alignment or color of teeth.
Crowns can be made from various materials, including porcelain, zirconia, gold, or other metals. Among these, porcelain and zirconia crowns are highly popular for their durability and natural appearance, blending seamlessly with your existing teeth.
Bridges
Bridges are used to replace one or more missing teeth by “bridging” the gap. A bridge typically consists of a filler tooth (pontic) supported by crowns placed on the adjacent teeth (abutments).
Without a bridge, gaps left by missing teeth can cause neighboring teeth to shift, leading to misalignment, bite issues, or even periodontal problems. A bridge not only restores your smile but also helps maintain the proper alignment and health of your remaining teeth.

Full Mouth Restoration
For patients who have lost vertical height due to worn-down teeth or advanced wear, we offer full mouth restoration. This transformative treatment involves restoring all your teeth—typically with 28 crowns—to rebuild your bite, improve functionality, and prevent issues like TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders.
Key Benefits of Full Mouth Restoration:
✅Restores Bite Alignment: Corrects lost vertical height, allowing for proper chewing and speaking.
✅Prevents TMJ Problems: Reduces stress on the jaw joints, alleviating or preventing pain and discomfort.
✅Enhances Aesthetics: Rejuvenates your smile by replacing worn or damaged teeth with beautiful, natural-looking crowns.
✅Protects Long-Term Oral Health: Strengthens teeth and prevents further wear or damage.
✅This comprehensive approach not only restores function but also significantly improves quality of life.

Modern Technology for Crowns and Bridges
At our clinic, we use advanced technology, including intraoral scanning, for a more accurate and comfortable experience.
Instead of traditional molds, our scanner creates a precise 3D digital model of your teeth, ensuring a perfect fit for your crowns and bridges.
This cutting-edge approach eliminates the mess and discomfort of impressions and allows for faster, more efficient results.
The Procedure
① Comprehensive Evaluation: We begin with a detailed examination of your teeth, gums, and bite to determine the best treatment plan for your needs.
② Tooth Preparation:
☑ The teeth are gently numbed for your comfort.
☑ We clean the area, remove any cavities or decay, and prepare the teeth to support the crowns or bridge.
③ Intraoral Scanning: Using our state-of-the-art intraoral scanner, we capture a 3D digital model of your upper and lower jaws. This data is sent to our dental lab, where your custom restoration is digitally designed.
④Temporary Restorations: While your final crowns or bridge are being created, you’ll wear natural-looking acrylic temporary restorations to maintain function and aesthetics.
⑤Final Fitting: Once your custom crowns or bridge are ready, we replace the temporary restorations with the permanent ones. We carefully adjust and bond them in place, ensuring a perfect fit, comfortable bite, and stunning appearance.
Crowns and bridges are a proven, reliable way to restore your smile, protect your oral health, and boost your confidence. At our clinic, we combine advanced technology with personalized care to deliver exceptional results.
