I’m thrilled with my new teeth

Hi Dr. Garita:

I’m thrilled with my new teeth!  I just wanted you to view the before and after pictures of my “extreme makeover”.  I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but you are an artist.  I have had many people ask me what miracle dentist did all this work, so I’m posting these pics on several websites.  I correspond regularly with people who are coming to CR for combination plastic surgery and dental work.  Say “hello” to all your great office staff for me.
